Mickey Kennedy was born and raised on a cattle and tobacco farm
in Clarksville Tennessee, just north of Nashville. He comes from a
very musical family including country music legend Kitty Wells. From
the early age of 9, Mickey began singing in church, community events
and family functions. He further pursued his musical interests at The
University of Tennessee and then Austin Peay University before
ultimately making a permanent move to Nashville Tennessee. Music
Square Productions, a Nashville based talent and management agency,
signed Mickey to a development deal that put him on internationally
syndicated radio show “Live at Libby’s” as well as frequent
performances at several famous Nashville venues including The
Wildhorse Saloon, Tootsies, and Opryland. Mickey brings his
incredible voice, energetic stage presence, and passion as a performer
to The Ranchhands.
